Just got back from a wonderful trip to Pittsburg (which you will be hearing about shortly, i promise!) and we had new furniture! I am so excited that we were finally able to get it. Thanks to Larry and Nathan for all your assistance. I owe you both! Here are a few pictures of the room. They are comfortable too! check um out FOLKS! (that was just for you john)

I wouldn't say that it looks better or worse than when Larry and I lived there...it just looks different.

But here's my question -- how does a black and white couple end up with a living room that looks Asian? Did you have TLC's Vern help you with this look?

Lovely looking furniture hon..it makes your room look so different! You'll have to get pillows (can't believe you don't have some already that will work!) and throws to add color - or do you want the simple, clean look? Hope your house has bigger rooms - those could use more space to spread out in! What did you do with the 'old' furniture? That might be good for a tv room or something in your house?
